Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed. Because all of our products are custom-made and production begins immediately upon order placement, we are unable to accommodate cancellations, changes, or refunds for any reason.

Damages & Shipping Issues

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@beautyiswithn.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right with a replacement.

Candle & MANdle Exchanges

We offer a 14-day exchange for candles and MANdles only, starting from the date your order ships. To be eligible:

  • The candle must be more than half full
  • You must have proof of purchase
  • Local customers must have the candle present

Contact us at shop@beautyiswithn.com to initiate an exchange. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

  • Custom or personalized candles
  • Beauty products and bath salts
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Candles that are half full or less

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
